AD Consulting, Ecobank Unite Nigeria’s Art and Architecture Icons in Lagos Exhibition

AD Consulting and Ecobank Nigeria are set to bring together leading Nigerian artists and internationally acclaimed architect Olajumoke Adenowo for a cultural exhibition celebrating Nigeria’s creative excellence and heritage.

The exhibition, titled The Convergence: The Iconic Architect & the Icons of Art, will hold from October 1 to 7, 2026, at the Ecobank Pan African Centre (EPAC), Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event will explore the relationship between art, architecture and African heritage, with participating artists including Abiodun Olaku, Bunmi Babatunde, Kehinde Adewuyi, Tayo Quaye, Mufu Onifade, Alex Nwokolo, Fidelis Odogwu, Kassi Nathalie, Dotun Popoola, Steve Ekpenisi, Collins Abinoro and Joshua Nmesirionye.

Adenowo, Founder of AD Consulting, said the initiative would provide a platform to celebrate Nigeria’s creative heritage while encouraging conversations about identity, ownership and legacy.

She explained that the exhibition was inspired by her Neo Heritage philosophy, which connects Africa’s cultural inheritance with contemporary creative expression.

According to her, the experience is built around three design pillars: Light, Zeitgeist and The 4th Dimension.

Also speaking, Austen Osokpor, Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Ecobank Nigeria, said the partnership reflected the bank’s commitment to promoting African creativity and preserving cultural heritage.

He noted that Africa’s wealth extended beyond financial capital to include its culture, creativity and intellectual capital.

The exhibition will open on October 1 with an exclusive Collectors & Patrons evening for invited guests, followed by the wider exhibition from October 2 to 7.

Other activities include a Patron’s Preview, a Founders’ Cocktail featuring an Architecture Salon by AD Consulting, and a Collectors’ Circle.

The organisers said the programme would provide opportunities for private viewings, conversations with artists and engagement among collectors, architects and cultural leaders.
