The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ayodeji Olawunmi *BADEJO*, FCASSON, FAPROCON, MNAE, alongside the First Lady of Lagos State, Dr Ibijoke *SANWO-OLU*; the wife of the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Mrs Oluremi *HAMZAT*; members of the 13th LASU Governing Council, Mrs Tolagbe *TAIWO* and Professor Yetunde *KUYINU*; the 9th Substantive Vice-Chancellor of LASU, Distinguished Professor Ibiyemi *OLATUNJI-BELLO*; and other dignitaries at the 2026 COWLSO National Women’s Conference.

The Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University (LASU), Professor Ayodeji Olawunmi BADEJO, FCASSON, FAPROCON, MNAE, has joined other distinguished personalities at the 26th National Women’s Conference of the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO).

The three-day conference, which commenced on Monday, 26th October, and will conclude on Wednesday, 28th October 2026, is taking place at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, under the theme *“Anchored in Purpose: Be the Blueprint.”*

The conference provides a platform for women leaders and other stakeholders to exchange ideas on women’s empowerment, leadership, entrepreneurship and community development, while promoting purposeful leadership and positive societal impact.
