Combined convocations: LASU VC to address media, August 12

 

Arrangements are on top gear for the press conference heralding the 29th and 30th convocation ceremonies of the Lagos State University.

In a release signed by the Deputy Registrar/Coordinator, Centre for Information and Public Relations (CIPR), LASU and forwarded to the Media by Olaniyi Jeariogbe, Chief Public Relations Officer/Head, Media Relations Unit,

CIPR, LASU, the press briefing would see the amiable Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunj-Bello, address the Media on not just the convocation ceremonies, but also on the successes, milestones and challenges facing the university and how the management intends to find solutions to them.

Billed for 10am, the august event would take place on the First Floor, Senate Chamber, Babatunde Raji Fashola Senate Building, Main Campus, Ojo, Lagos, on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

In line with established practice, the Press Conference heralds the commencement of Convocation activities at the University.
