HoS PRESENTS COMMENDATION LETTERS TO ANOTHER DEDICATED OFFICERS
Ogun State Head of Service, Mr. Kolawole Fagbohun, has again presented commendation letters to two senior officers from the Bureau of Cabinet and Special Services, for their diligence in service.
The Head of Service (HoS), while giving the commendation letters to Mr. Sakiru Adebakin and Mr. Adekunle Alimson, Deputy Director and Assistant Director, respectively, said the two officers performed creditably in interfacing with top government functionaries with no adverse report from the activities of the Bureau.
Mr. Fagbohun also commended the Permanent Secretary in the Bureau, Mr. Olanrewaju Saka, for being a worthy leader and mentor, who carried all his officers along in the affairs of the Bureau, calling on other heads of Departments to always allow their subordinates to excel while discharging their statutory duties.
"If we keep on blaming people for not doing the right thing; if we keep correcting people when they go wrong, then, when people do the right thing, it is good, fit and proper to acknowledge such; that is why we are gathered here today to celebrate excellence and dedication to duty. I congratulate both of you", he said.
Remarking, Mr. Saka, appreciated the HoS for the leadership style and gesture which would encourage more officers to be hard working.
Responding on behalf of the two beneficiaries, Mr. Adebakin, said they were just discharging their statutory duties without expecting any reward, expressing gratitude to the HoS for the recognition which was a huge surprise.
