STAFFERS’ COOPERATION PIVOTAL TO THE MINISTRY’S SUCCESS: HAMZAT
The Commissioner for Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Ganiyu Hamzat has affirmed that staffers' cooperation was germane to the success recorded so far in the Ministry.
The Commissioner who made the affirmation during his birthday ceremony organised by the Ministry’s management, held at the Oba’s complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, said the unwavering support, diligence and dedication of staff had enabled him to achieve the success recorded so far.
Hamzat emphasized that the success of any organization was solely on the readiness, cooperation, dedication and diligence of staffers, not leaving out the provision of a conducive environment which had been put to place, soliciting for more continued support to bring the Ministry to a greater height.
In his remarks, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Dr. Rotimiolu Akinlesi, noted that the unwavering support and tireless dedication of the Commissioner to the Vision and Mission of the Ministry cannot be overemphasized, stressing that his presence and innovations have brought about incredible improvement in the Ministry.
He said that the welfare of staffers remains paramount in the mind of the Commissioner and in his capacity has been doing all to ensure that it was not hampered, praying that God would continue to keep and prosper the celebrant.
Highlights of the occasion was the cutting of cake and presentation of gifts to the Commissioner by the Permanent Secretary and other Management Staff of the Ministry.
