 STANBIC IBTC FUZE 2.0 TALENT SHOW EMPOWERS NIGERIAN YOUTHS FOR BETTER FUTURE


The "Stanbic IBTC FUZE Talent Show". has been described as an initiative designed  to catch  the youths young and create world of fame as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers.

The Stanbic Ibtc Pension Manager,  Mrs Nike Bajomo  made the statement during the press briefing to highlight its importance with the theme"Stanbic IBTC FUZE Talent Show".held at Stambic IBTC Pension House, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos which had in attendance officials of the financial institution, the show judges and members of the press from different news platforms.


She added that this is an initiative to foster empower the Nigerian youths amidst unemployment rates in the country saying a sum of 36million Naira will be given to the winner of this year's season 2.0 which will be broadcast for six weeks in the cable televison and grand finale on December,  23rd.

"We are officially unveilling FUZE 2.0 on  this day Friday, October 20th, 2023 here  at the Stanbic Pension House to enable the young Nigerians  register for the talent hunt show which cut across different categories – music, dance, fashion and tech., 

As a financial institution what we do is that we put the contestants through financial training, we empower and encourage them to do what they like doing during the Fuze Festival and we set them on the right stage. We also help them to manage their prize money.

We usually invite the winners to share their stories to encourage other younger ones and like-minded youths",  she said.

According to the Chief Executive Director, Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, Mr.Olumide Oyetan “Fuze is a journey for Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers which helps to encourage young talents in Nigeria to grow their talents  providing them financial fitness adding that a whopping sum of N36 million will be up for a grab by the contestants.

One of the panel of judges,  Bunmi Olulonyo said dancing is a real game that has to do with synergy with rhythm which is a part of talents that is a life changer adding that gone were the days when success is strictly affiliated with only academics.



The  winner of the Fuze 1.0 edition, Rajel revealed  that he used the N4 million prize money won to upgrade his afrobeat music to the next level saying the show was a major breakthrough and huge empowerment to his career.
