JUDICIARY ROLE, PIVOTAL TO SOCIETAL DEVELOPMENT- OGUN CJ

To sustain an effective democratic setting, the role of the judiciary is crucial to societal development due to its function as the watchdog of society.

This was the opinion of the Ogun State Chief Judge, Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu at the 12th public lecture of the bar and bench with the theme "The Role of the Judiciary in Democratic Government: A Social Engineering or Quagmire", held at the Ceremonial Court of the Judiciary Complex along Kabape, Abeokuta.
