 DISREGARD RUMOURS ON OGSERA – COMMISSIONER ENJOINS THE PUBLIC

          Ogun State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu, has enjoined members of the public to be watchful and report the activities of mischievous entities, who are spreading rumour against the digital initiative of the present administration tagged; Ogun State Education Revitalisation Agenda (OGSERA).

        

  Prof. Arigbabu made this statement in a release, saying the platform has never crashed, but a deliberate attempt by unscrupulous elements to discredit its efficiency and a way to perpetrate financial fraud under the guise of the operation of the well-intentioned digital solution.

          The Commissioner stated that the website portal (https://ogsera.ogunstate.gov.ng) is aimed at using technology to bring all stakeholders together for the advancement of education in the State, noting that it is a digital platform that has continued to ease the transaction of educational activities at no special cost to its users.

          Prof. Arigbabu urged the people to disregard the claim and consider it as a sense of lack of responsibility, ‘’emphasising that OGSERA is a digital platform for the advancement of educational activities, with a robust maintenance system, at no special cost and has never crashed out as claimed by some people’’.
