USE TECHNOLOGY POSITIVELY -ARIGBABU ENCOURAGED LEARNERS Learners have been implored to make use of technology positively, to develop and enhance their academic prowess and not for frivolous reasons.
Ogun State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu gave the advice at the closing of a boot camp in Abeokuta, organised by Teach for Nigeria (TFN) and Hewlett-Packard (HP) technology, revealing that students could explore internet facility for optimal performance in every aspect of life.
Prof. Arigbabu stated that the free and qualitative education by the Prince Dapo Abiodun-led administration had helped in teaching and learning activities and yielded results going by the outstanding performance of learners.
“The use of technology cannot be over emphasised, as it is being used to improve the usual practice in different sectors of life. I therefore want to encourage our learners to use technology positively to enhance and empower themselves for self-improvement and sufficiency”, he said.
