100 level Redeemers University Student Escapes From Kidnappers
Report reaching us confirmed that, the 100 level student of Redeemers University, who was kidnapped, escaped from the kidnappers before the arrival of police officers.

A student, department of Communication Studies, Redeemers University has been kidnapped at 2.pm yesterday by unknown gunmen at interchange in Ogun State.
The report reaching us confirms that as he was dropped at interchange for his parents to pick him up as earlier arranged adding that within 10 minutes his parents arrival, a text message was put across to the parents, "I have been kidnapped".
The mother added that she received a message in the evening yesterday via her son's phone reading "I will be used for rituals 2morrow"...
The situation has immediately been reported at the Police Station Owode/Egba division .
The Ogun state police command is doing its best, but this is just a message to everyone and anyone who can assist with this present situation. The last point of tracking location was IKORODU. The victim's name is IREOLUWA AKINLAJA a 100level Mass Communication student.
