 ADO-ODO/OTA LG CHAIRMAN FOCUSES ON IMPROVING LEADERSHIP QUALITY

In a bid to improve on  the quality of leaders steering the affairs of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, the Executive Chairman,Hon. Sheriff Musa in collaboration with Covenant University, Ota, organise a -3day training for the legislative arm and top officials of the local government.

The Executive Chairman, Ado-odo/Ota Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Musa said, it is important to boost the human capacity which in no doubt will improve social economic prowess of the local government.

He added that, poor leadership is the bane of bad governance which can cause great havoc in the society saying  there is need to train the trainers for better society.

Hon. Musa while appreciating the management of Covenant University for their unrelenting efforts through their collaboration in various ways to aid efficient and effective governance in his administration said they can't afford to fail.

The Vice Chancellor, Covenant University,Ota, Professor Adebayo Abiodun ably  represented by Professor Tayo Osibanjo added that the school is known for development which is part of their Corporate Social  Responsibility saying  the management will not relent in its efforts towards ensuring good governance in the local government.

The Speaker of the House, Hon. Bukola Balogun on behalf of the members of the House while thanking the Chairman, for a brilliant initiative as and when due said the legislative arm will not relent in doing the needful to achieve the best in the local government.
