Ota Vio Boss Retires
The Vehicles Inspection Officer boss in Ota (VIO), Engr.Paul Osukoya after 35 years of meritorious service to Ogun State Government bows out of service and handed over to Engr. Mrs Oluwatoyin Oluwagbenga.
The VIO boss in Ota, Engr. Paul Kehinde expressed satisfaction for giving the grace to serve his darling state while delivering his speech in his office in Ijoko - Ota.
Osukoya described Ogun State Government as best amongst the comity of States in Nigeria adding that the retirement celebration also marks his birthday which in no doubt has bought double excitement.
Engr Osukoya, while handing over the baton, thanked all staff members who have in one way or the other contributed to his success in office urging them to continue with their dedication, commitment, efficiency, proactiveness aswell abstain from all forms of indiscipline that could tarnish the image of the agency in particular and the state government in general.
The successor, Engr.Oluwatoyin Olugbenga has served as VIO Agbara Divisional Commander later posted to Ilaro Division, from where she is taking the mantle of leadership as Ota, Divisional Commander, Vehicle Inspection Officer.
Engr Olugbenga vowed to leverage on the existing synergy between Ogun VIO and other sister agencies to end carnages causing road traffic crashes in the state as well strategies to improve on the standard of operations by her officers in the axis.
