In a bid to ensure customers satisfaction at this Yuletide season, the management of Fidelity Bank has put measures in place to  correct dispense errors to avoid boredom at this festive time.

The Team Lead, Media & Internal Communication, Fidelity Bank Nigeria PLC, Mr Adebowale Banzi made this known adding that for the holiday season, Fidelity Bank is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that our customers enjoy seamless services.


"All our E-Channels will be available during the holiday period for use by our customers including the ATMs, Online Banking, Instant Banking, IVY chat bot and POS. Also, customers can leverage on our Area Konnect agency banking outlets scattered across the country to carry out their transactions",
