OGUN STATE JUDICIARY COMMENCES ANNUAL VACATION, LEGAL YEAR JULY 19
The Ogun State High Court will proceed on its annual vacation and legal year from Monday, July 19, to Friday, August 27, 2021 and resumes on Monday, August 30, 2021.
A release signed by the State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu indicated that during the vacation, criminal cases would be taken and urgent civil motions would be heard with the leave of a Judge on the application of both parties to the suit or their Counsel.
It further stated that the legal year services for Christians and Muslims for the year 2021/2022 will hold on Monday, September 27, 2021.
