 Trace Boss Advises Corps On The Need To Observe Covid - 19 Protocol While On Duty


  The  Chief Executive Officer, Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) Abdulfatai Olaseni Ogunyemi, has advised the  Trace Corps on the need to strictly adhere to  Covid - 19 protocols and ready for innoculation when the need arises.


The TRACE Chief Executive Officer Olaseni Ogunyemi disclosed this on Monday at the Corps management meeting  adding that the agency had set up a monitoring teams that would henceforth, go round all Commands to supervise the operatives activitiesbro ensure compliance.


According to him the Corps are expected to comply with all the goverments' rules and regulations such as maintaining social distancing, regular hand sanitising and freequent wearing of face masks while on duty. 


"It is highly imperatives to all inhabitants of the state to observe all protocols that would prevent spreading the COVID 19 in the state all the Commands to provide necessary preventive gadgets within their jurisdictions and as well embark on rigorous public enlightenment across all motor, Okada and tricycle parks across the state to enforce the goverments' guidelines that would alleviate the disease in the state. 

He appealed to general public especially the motorists to comply with the directives, provide hand washing basin and sanitizers at their various parks urging them not to exceed the maximum passengers required during this COVID 19 period, any motorists caught violating the order would be penalised.
