The Ogun State Government will tomorrow distribute and install over 20 solar powered panels to Atapa Elelubo Isahaya village in Abeokuta North Local Government Area, on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 11: am.
A statement signed by the Director Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Rural Development, Mr. Oyesanwen Adekunle indicated that the flag-off will be performed by the State Commissioner for Rural Development, Engr. Taiwo Oludotun on behalf of the State Government.
Mr. Adekunle stated that the programme tagged ‘Light Up Rural Villages’ (LRV), is the brainchild of the department of Rural Electrification and upshoot of Ministry of Rural Development, to provide dividends of democracy to rural dwellers across the three Senatorial Districts of the State.
