The Federal High Court, Abuja, has released Senator Ali Ndume on bail.
The Borno South lawmaker spent five days in Kuje Correctional Centre.
Justice Okon Abang gave the ruling on Friday.
Ndume was sent to prison for failing to produce Abdulrasheed Maina.
He stood surety for the former Chairman of the Pension Reformed Task Team (PRTT) who is on the run.
