Ogun Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps,( TRACE) Area 4 command has been commended for their outstanding performances during the pandemic which ravaged the entire world.
The Ota County Lions Club President, Mr Adeyemi Ilesanmi gave the commendation during a visit and donation of face masks to Area 4 command in Ota.
According to him, the Corps outstanding performances are wonderful and worthy of emulation saying the Corps is one of government agents that tried their best to ensure the level of Covid-19, compliance by the residents, in order to stop spread of Coronavirus in the state.
"In appreciation of the efforts of your organisation, as well as contributing our own quota too, we are presenting you with our customised Nose Masks being our Corporate Social Responsibility.
"We believe that this will further foster a good working relationship between our organisation as well to assist your officers in the discharge of their duties", he said.
Receiving the gifts on behalf of the TRACE Corps Commander/CEO 'Seni Ogunyemi, Head of Operations I, Commander Oyebola Adetunji thanked the Lions Club for the gesture promising the TRACE Operatives will not relent in their efforts towards efficient service delivery to the entire residents of Ogun State.
He noted the unavoidable absence of both the Area Commander 4, Cdr Ajibade Adekunle, and Ota Divisional Commander, Cdr Rinnaye Omotayo, who were coincidentally at a security meeting in Abeokuta.
Head of Operations 2, Commander Olaosebikan Victoria while presenting a wrapped token to the Lions Club in exchange of their good gesture too them round to see photographs of accident victims.
In his remarks the Ota County Lions Club President, Mr Adeyemi Ilesanmi appreciated and thanked the TRACE operatives for the gestures saying TRACE is the first organisation to exchange gifts in returns.
