People of Ogun State have been advised to follow-up on corruption cases before the court of law and ensure that those involved were accordingly brought to justice, to serve as deterrent to others.
The State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Akingbolahan Adeniran, stated this in an interview with journalists at Oke-mosan, Abeokuta, saying the police needed to rely more on technology with active intelligence practice, in order to reduce crime.
Adeniran noted that the setting up of Amotekun by the present administration was to complement police efforts for a saner society.
He explained that small claim courts had been established in communities for easy access to justice, saying the police also needed the assistance of community members for adequate information.
