LOCKDOWN : NIGERIANS URGED TO COMPLY AT FESTIVE PERIOD - FRSC BOSS

The boss,  Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Idiroko unit command,  Akinwunmi Olaluwoye has urged Nigerians at this festive period to comply with Federal  Government policy on lockdown aiming at eradicating the pandemic, Corona virus from the country.



Commander Olaluwoye, made this statement in an interview with reporters in his office at Idiroko  advising  all Christians to celebrate Easter on a low-key, stick to government stay at home  orders to prevent the spread of the virus and to maintain peace throughout the nooks and crannies of the country which signifies the crucification  of Jesus Christ.

According  to him,  the advice is imperative to remind Nigerians not to loose consciousness on the ravaging COVID-19,  rather comply with government’s directives to stay safe and live healthy during this trying moment.

Commander Olaluwoye while commending the Joint Enforcement Team involving Police, Ogun State Traffic Compliance Corps (TRACE) SO-SAFE, Customs and other sister agencies that further facilitated high level of compliance with the government position on lockdown at Idiroko axis urged Nigerians to always adhering strictly to government directives to ensure sanity in the country.
