 TRACE VOWS TO ALWAYS ENSURE FREE FLOW OF TRAFFIC AS OTA- IDIROKO CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES



The Area 4 Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency TRACE commander, Adekunle Ajibade has vowed that operatives would always  ensure free flow of  traffic at Ota- Idiroko road axis during  the dualization and construction of flyover to solve the perennial traffic logjam thereby boosting economic strength in the area.



The commander, Adekunle Ajibade, made this statement during his routine visit to the area at Oju- Ore Ota adding that the owners of the complex affected are so much in support of the development in the area.


He said the road construction would boost economic activities and improve the Nation's economy saying the road is an international road and the industrial hub of Ogun State, which when finished would foster more socio - economic activities.


Ajibade confirmed that another flyover would also suffice around the Winners Bus stop  to take care of the traffic bottlenecks around the area aswell ease the vehicular movement in the axis



According to him "operatives of the Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency, TRACE and other stakeholders in the transport sector in the area are working together to control the vehicular traffic in the area", he said.


He enjoined the motorists to be traffic  law abiding as there would be no excuses for taking one way.


Mr Taofeek Akorede, a shop owner at Oju-Ore Ota said this is a long awaiting development which is all embraced not minding the hardship it has brought saying the gains when finished would in no doubt surpasse the present pains.
