TRACE : 33 newly promoted officers in Ota decorate
Furthermore to Ogun State Government led by Prince Dapo Abiodun (MFR) to reduce Carnage on our roads, Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE) decorates the 33 newly promoted officers in Area 4 Command, Ogun West.. in Ota
The Deputy Governor, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyede represented by the Senior adviser on Housing , Segun Ojuko charged thr officers to inculcate discipline in their dealings saying promotion comes with a lot of responsibilities.
Engr (Mrs) Noimot Salako-Oyede, while felicitating with the decorated officers, urged them to continue display professionalism, hardwork and more commitment to their duties commending TRACE personnel for effective and efficient traffic management of traffic gridlocks in the state.
The Trace Executive Officer,Cdr 'Seni Ogunyemi, ably represented by the agency’s Area Commander, Training and Public Education, Cdr Abdul Olabode, reviewed that it is essential for officers to demonstrate their ever conscious dogeddness through their effectiveness , diligency and punctuality adding that officers are not expected to engage in impunities that could tarnish the image of the Corps.
“Indulge yourself in personal development and acquire more training as knowledge rules the world I congratulate the newly promoted officers, and I must let you all know that reward of hardwork is more work.
He admonished the personnel to continue leverage on the existing synergies between the Corps and other sister agencies to enable the agency achieve its objectives urging them to be dutiful and committed to attaining the mandate of the Corps.
Ogun West, Area 4 Commander, Cdr Adekunle Ariyo Ajibade, while congratulating the newly decorated officers, said much is expected from whom much is given adding that the promotion calls for more hard work to better the society.
Ajibade adminished the personnel to continue with their proactiveness that would add more value to their lives and the agency.
One of the newly promoted and decorated officer, Cdr Salau Hammed,who spoke on behalf of others, thanked God almighty, the state government and the Corps Commander for the promotions.
“We will not fail to thank our amiable Corps Cormannder and the entire TRACE management team for the confidence reposed in us. We are assuring the TRACE management that we will continue to give our best to the job. We will behold discipline and integrity even as we carry out our daily duties with dedication and commitment,” Cdr Salau, said.
Salau urged those who were not promoted not to relent in their efforts because it is by grace that someone is promoted.
The epoch making event witnessed by Olota of Ota, Oba Abdulkabir Obalanlege, who ably represented by Olukotun of Otun Ota, Oba Akeem Odunaro; Hon Segun Ojolowo, represented Deputy Governor, Engr (Mrs) Noimot Salako-Oyede; Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Chairman, Hon Sheriff Musa; safety and security agencies within the Command’s jurisdiction and other well wishers.
