I have the directive of the Ministry to inform you that the National Examinations Council had included the possession of the National Identification Number (NIN) as one of the pre-requisites for the registration of bonafide School candidate for its 2023 Senior Certificate Examinations hence, all intending candidates are to have their National Identification Number (NIN).
