Make your purpose the centralizing point of your thoughts.
Until thought is linked with purpose there is no intelligent accomplishment. Those who are not prepared for the apprehension of a great purpose, should fix the thoughts upon the faultless performance not their duty, no matter how insignificant their task may appear.
Only in this way can the thoughts be gathered and focused, resolution and energy be developed, which being done, there is nothing which may not be accomplished.
To put away aimlessness and weakness, and to begin to think with purpose,is to enter the ranks of those ones who only recognize failure as one of the pathways to attainment; who make all conditions serve them, and who think strongly, attempt fearlessly, and accomplish immediately.
Knowingfully, that doubt and fear are the greatest enemies of knowledge, and he who encourages them, who does not slay them, thwarts himself at every step. He who has conquered doubt and fear has conquered failure. All that a Man achieves and all that he fails to achieve is the direct result of his own thoughts.

Last year, I said it unequivocally that names atimes people say matter in shaping one's destiny in life. Today being my birthday again worths celebration.
What shall I render unto the Lord, considering ups and downs in life. But, I learnt how to be prayerful which is an antidote to every problem. Albert, I was born into the family of Overseer and Deaconess Ebenezer Olorunwa Bankole of The Apostolic Church in Lagos State and I learnt steadfastness in God, today, it works for me like magic.
Sometimes, what seems to be difficulties are not, but a path way to success, nothing is quite as satisfying as succeeding under difficult circumstances. If success is always a smooth ride, you may enjoy it, but you'll gain very little satisfaction from it. Yes, hard work is a must by giving your best in every situation. Remember, successful people work for their luck .
Motivation is a powerful tool for success. The degree to which you can remain motivated and continue to make forward progress determines whether you realize the goals that you establish.The desire for wealth
is limiting in that, if money becomes your major motivation, you fall short in many other areas of life. Do things for your own reasons, not for other people's reasons. If you discover why you want what you want, then you can create and configure the motivation.
The demotivation can come from the outside, but, the choice as to how you handle the demotivation comes from inside, you can let this kind of treatment make you bitter- or better. Therefore, people who are concerned about their futures take the necessary steps today in the form of growing, learning, studying and planning for their futures which generate enthusiasm and excitement about their future.
If you really think that you have no future, let me suggest that having a future is a matter of choice on one's part. People's approaches to life fall into four basic categories, which the experts have labelled with a variety of titles: Choleric, Sanguine, Phlegmatic and Melancholic.
Let me tell you, no matter what, we were all born equally, that's the supremacy of God Almighty. But, personal growth requires commitment, goal-setting, and responsibilities- you can't just grow! The way you feel about yourself has a direct bearing on the way you perform. Get busy!
It is pertinent, that the result of some people's dream in life is money. However, to make your dreams a reality and achieve the balanced success you seek, you must make good decisions which are so germane to the fulfilment of your dreams.
Bert Lawlor said, " Decision and determination are the engineer and fireman of our train to opportunity and success."
To accomplish great things, we must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe. Don't use money as a yardstick, but don't eliminate it as a desirable goal. It is the result of performance and service, but making money prime goal influences other choices to a large degree. Your thinking determines your action, your action determines your reward.
Always take note that one key to happiness is humility. Above all, the central theme of success for dummies is relationships and success,having a good relationship with God of your understanding. The depth of your spirituality is, in my opinion, the degree to which you have a personal relationship with the one whose governing power you honour and obey through faith.
Christianity is a relationship, not a religion, because it is based on a personal faith in Jesus Christ rather than on ritual, church membership,and good Christianity isn't a list of do's and don'ts that get you into heaven;it is a peaceful and joyful relationship with your creator.
Honestly, I am extremely excited today, because am celebrating a round figure birthday. Do you believe that, a man cannot directly choose his circumstances, but he can choose his thoughts and so, directly and surely shape his circumstances. Nature helps every man to the gratification of the thoughts which he most encourages and opportunities are presented which will most speedily bring to the surface both the good and evil thoughts.
A man can only rise, conquer, and achieve by lifting up his thoughts. He can only remain weak, and abject, and miserable by refusing to lift up his thoughts. Before a man can achieve anything, even in worldly things, he must lift his thoughts above slavish animal indulgence.
All achievements, whether in the business, intellectual, or spiritual world, are the result of definitely directed thought which are governed by the same law and are of the same method; the only difference lies in the object of attainment.

After the service, I proceeded to Lagos State University, (LASU), where I obtained Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations & Strategic Studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Master in Business administration concurrently. I proceeded to Southwestern University, Okun-owa , Ijebu in Ogun State to have Bachelor of Science in Mass communication (Bsc) and Msc Communication studies in LASU.
An Associate Registered Practitioner in advertising, (arpa) 2004, under the tutelage of Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON), an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, 2006, passed Ogun State Administrative Staff College of Nigeria exam(ASCON).
I worked in the Personnel office of Le Meridien Eko Hotel in Victoria Island for eight years, engaged in personal business and later joined Ministry of Information & Strategy. Presently, the State Zonal Information Officer, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government. Also, a Part-time lecturer in the department of Mass communication, Mushood Abiola Polytechnic.
